Privacy Policy
My Agent Land (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered creator workspace where you train a brand profile, run quests, and review deliverables on an estate map. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to myagentland.com, the app at app.myagentland.com, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Account & profile
- Email address, display name, and authentication details (including when you sign in with a provider).
- Account preferences, trial status, and plan or billing-related account flags.
Brand & workspace content you provide
- Vault training materials such as website URLs, notes, FAQs, files, brand guidelines, competitor links, and other context you upload or paste.
- Quest briefs, plans you approve, edits, and feedback inside the product.
- Connected app authorizations you choose to link (for example publishing or scheduling destinations).
Generated & operational data
- Mission/quest outputs (posts, scripts, images, documents, research briefs) and related run status stored in your estate.
- Usage meters such as Mana balance, storage usage, and feature unlocks tied to progression.
- Support messages you send to us, and transactional email delivery events (sent, bounced, etc.).
Technical & device data
- IP address, browser type, device/OS signals, approximate location derived from IP, and log timestamps.
- Cookies or similar technologies needed for login sessions and basic site security.
Payments
Paid plans and top-ups are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. The provider may share limited billing metadata with us (last four digits, plan, invoice status).
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the estate map, Vault, Citadel quests, Terminal, and related features.
- Run AI and automation steps you request (research, writing, image/video-related generation, document drafting) using the brand context you supply.
- Authenticate you, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- Send transactional email (trial reminders, password reset, security notices, product account mail).
- Process subscriptions, trials, and usage billing.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. AI processing
When you run a quest, we send relevant prompts and brand context to model and tool providers so they can generate outputs. Treat Vault content and quest inputs as confidential to your account: do not upload data you are not allowed to process. We design prompts so user/Vault text is treated as untrusted data, but you remain responsible for what you submit and for reviewing outputs before publishing.
4. When we share information
We share data only as needed to run the service:
- Infrastructure & vendors — hosting, database, auth, email delivery, object storage, analytics/error monitoring (if enabled), and AI model providers acting on our instructions.
- Payments — payment processors for checkout and invoicing.
- Legal — when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. Trial accounts may be subject to shorter retention and purge windows described in-product. After deletion or purge, residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period. Logs are retained for security and operations for a reasonable period.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and private storage for user files with time-limited access links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access or update profile details in the app where available.
- Export or download deliverables you generate, subject to product features.
- Request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live (for example EEA/UK or certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing.

8. Children
My Agent Land is built for business and creator use. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate.
