Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of My Agent Land websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”), including the estate map, Vault brand training, Citadel quests, Terminal review, and billing features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
This page is a practical draft for product launch. Have counsel review it before relying on it as final legal advice.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
My Agent Land is a map-first workspace where you train brand context, launch structured quests (goals such as posts, scripts, clips, lead magnets, and plans), review outputs, and optionally publish or export them. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities depend on your plan, trial status, Mana balance, storage limits, or unlocks.
3. Accounts
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or remain unpaid after notice.
4. Trials, plans & Mana
New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial with included usage (Mana) and feature caps described in-product. When a trial ends, access may be gated until you choose a paid plan. Subscriptions, renewals, Mana top-ups, and taxes are billed through our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Usage that exceeds included allotments may pause quests or require a top-up.
5. Your content
“Your Content” includes brand materials, uploads, URLs, notes, quest inputs, edits, and other data you provide. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (including sending necessary context to AI and infrastructure providers that power quests).
You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without permission.
6. Outputs & AI
Quests may produce text, images, plans, documents, and other assets (“Outputs”). Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing, downloading, or relying on them. Outputs are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we do not claim ownership of Outputs generated for you from Your Content, subject to third-party model/provider terms that may apply to underlying models or stock elements.
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, deepfakes used for fraud, or content that exploits minors.
7. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits except as allowed by law.
- No attempting to bypass billing, Mana, storage, or security controls.
- No interfering with other users or the integrity of the Service.
- No using the Service to build a competing model trained primarily on our proprietary prompts or systems.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate payment processors, AI providers, email delivery, storage, auth, and connected apps you authorize. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, estate art, UI, and documentation (excluding Your Content and Outputs as described above), is owned by My Agent Land and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as offered.
10. Confidentiality & feedback
Non-public product features you access may be confidential. If you send feedback or ideas, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY AGENT LAND AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER AND REQUIRED BY LAW, THE MINIMUM LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED).
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify My Agent Land against claims arising from Your Content, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that venue will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
